Ofsted Registered Childminder in Calverley, Leeds 28

Fees are worked out as follows;

Under 5's (Babies, Toddlers and Pre-School)
 
  • £42.50 per day 
  • The setting is open 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday to  Thursday and Friday 7.30am to 5.00pm (term time)
  • Tuesdays and Wednesdays 7.30am to 5.30pm (Leeds school holidays)
  • Inclusive of healthy breakfast, morning snack, hot cooked or picnic lunch, afternoon snacks, drinks and cows milk. 
  • Inclusive of a variety of regular fun outings to indoor and outdoor places with other local Childminders and their minded children
  • Inclusive of arts, crafts and baking
  • Inclusive of regular updates including picture messages and photo collages of your child engrossed in their play
  • Inclusive of daily diary note detailing your child's day, activities, food etc
  • Inclusive of termly reporting on your child's Early Years Foundation Stage progress - you are invited to share your child's learning at home to enhance planned activities in the setting


Over 5's (Primary School age)


  •  £8.00 before school from 7.30am including healthy breakfast and school drop off 
  • £12.00 after school up to 5.30pm including healthy substantial after school snacks and drinks
  • The setting is open Monday to Thursday during Leeds term time.
  • Inclusive of healthy food choices and drinks
  • Inclusive of arts, crafts and baking


Fees do not include formula milk, baby food for under 12 monthsof age (in case of allergies), nappies, wipes, suncreams, nappy creams and medication


Bank holidays, childminder sickness and setting closures - no charge


Child sickness, holidays and absences - charged at usual rate


Fees are charged in arrears and worked out pro rata across 12 months with the same monthly payments each month.


Payments can be made by Cash, Bank Transfer, Cheque, Early Educational Entitlement Funding or Childcare Vouchers. I currently accept AllSave, Co-operative, Fideliti, Edenred and Computershare.


Fees are due by the 1st of each month and late payments are charged at £5 per day.



15 & 30 Hours Early Education Funded Places

I currently offer the 15 hours and 30 hours Early Education Entitlement per week across 38 weeks of the year.

The funding is of course free at point of delivery however the funding provided by my local authority does not include the cost for consumables such as food, drinks, outings etc. I have made the decision to include all the consumables within the funded rate barring lunches. Please see below.

Non-Statutory Extra Charges
- Extra hours to top up the funded days
(so if your child attended from 7.30am and you wanted up to 5.30pm you could pay for outside of the funded hours. This offers great flexibility for working parents).
- If you wish for me to provide your child with a hot cooked or picnic lunch in the setting I can do this at a cost of £2.00 per day. If you prefer not to accept these charges then children are welcome to bring a healthy packed lunch from home.

Claiming the Funding
Parents need to complete a Parent/Provider Contract which I pass onto the Local Authority for verification. They pay the funding to me termly and you get the free hours deducted from your monthly invoices - invoices are sent regardless of monies owed.

Funded hours are to be provided as follows;
2 x days for 15 hour funding (7.5 hrs per day)
3 x days for 30 hour funding (10 hrs per day)

The setting is open from 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday during term time.
